Your Experience

Here’s a little insight into the journey you will take with us and how each part plays an important role in creating unforgettable photographs that we trust you will cherish forever.

Step 1 - Planning & Prep

It is important that we spend a little time chatting with you on the phone before your photo shoot to understand more about your pets, what they love to do, what you love to do together and what you adore about them. A better understanding of all the things you love, helps us create & capture the very essence of who they are to you.  We also want to discover more about where you want to showcase you artwork too.

Step 2 - Your Studio session

This is where the magic happens and the fun starts. We allocate two hours for every photo session as we believe it's important to always work at your pets pace and create an environment that fun and exciting for them. Every pet is unique and so is every photo shoot, capturing their personality and creating unforgettable portraits can't be rushed! Oh and please don't stress about wees/poos or having perfectly behaved pets, it’s part of who they are. Who has perfectly behaved pets anyway, we certainly don't! After photographing over 15,000 animals our experience means we can adapt to anything. Seriously!

A tailored experience to celebrate the joy and love you bring each other

Step 3 - Design & ordering

This is where you will order your favourites and must haves. We will present a beautiful slideshow of 30-40 photos (either in person the day after your photo shoot or via zoom) and provide professional advice through the selection process. We will help with design ideas and can provide advice on the perfect finishes to best suit your home and your portraits.

Final payment is to be made at this time, we accept bank transfer, visa, mastercard. Six- or twelve-month payment plans are also available. Your ordered portraits will then be professionally retouched and ready within 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Step 4 - Print & Cherish

Once you have received your photographs and artwork, please don't forget to back up the digital files and keep them safe - you have the final artwork copy! Now is the time to order any extra prints or finishes online with our preferred suppliers. Most importantly hang your wall art, for friends and family to enjoy.
